Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent once your booking is complete.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the experience are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if applicable).
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience or for no-shows.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Changes by Sutha Mutha

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, timings, guide, or route due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an event is cancelled by Sutha Mutha, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available experience.

4. Participant Responsibility

• Participants are expected to arrive at the meeting point on time.
• Late arrivals may miss part or all of the experience, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the experience.

5. Health & Fitness

• Some experiences involve moderate walking and standing.
• Participants should ensure they are physically fit to take part.
• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or accessibility requirements that may require assistance.

6. Code of Conduct

Treat fellow participants, guides, local communities, and heritage sites with respect. Any behaviour that is abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in removal from the experience without refund.

7. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be captured during the experience for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such content unless you inform us in writing before the event.

8. Liability

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, Sutha Mutha shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the experience, except where required by applicable law.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

Experiences may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sutha Mutha website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Sutha Mutha and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking will be used only for processing bookings, communication, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the booked experience or where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
